How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Is your jewelry water-resistant?
Yes, our gold-plated pieces are designed to be water-resistant. However, to maintain the longevity of the plating, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals.
